Maternity sessions with your first sweet babe were a breeze! You were glowing that way that only pregnant mommas can, you were filled with anticipation of what was coming, you were able to rest when you needed and your life revolved around preparing for that sweet baby!
And then that sweet babe turned into a toddler that demanded your attention every waking moment, your diet consisted of their left-over chicken nuggets and getting them to take a nap (not alone getting one yourself) was a small miracle.
This is such a unique time in your lives and in your older child's. They are getting ready to become an older sibling and their whole world is about to be turned upside down.
Maternity sessions also serve as the last time to capture your family in its current state. Being able to document the soon-to-be older sibling one last time as the center of attention is such a special memory.
The thought of getting in front of the camera to document your bigger-than-last time belly and swollen ankles might be the last thing on your mind. But don't let that discourage you! These memories will soon be all you have left to remember this special time in your family's adventure.
